摘要 电子轴凹印机的工艺较复杂,精度、速度要求高,控制难度大。三菱Q系列PLC可执行多任务操作,处理速度快,功能强,非常适用于电子轴凹印机的控制需要。由控制系统组成和工作原理展开,说明三菱Q系列PLC在电子轴凹印机的应用,包括单轴控制系统、Q系列PLC具体配置、I/O地址的分配和部分程序等内容,使整机的运动控制更加稳定可靠,性能得到显著的提升。 The gravure with electronic axis is complicated in craft. It is specialized at great accuracy, high speed and difficult control. The Mitsubishi's Q Series PLC can accomplish several tasks at a high speed. It is suitable to be used in controlling the gravure with electronic axis. This paper starts from the components and working theories of the system, and explains the application of Mitsubishi's Q Series PLC to the gravure with electronic axis including the following aspects: the singleaxis controlling system, the configuration of Q Series PLC, the allocation of the I/O addresses, and some programs. The system can make the operation of the whole machine steady and reliable, so as to greatly improve the performance.
