摘要 内河成品油运输具有一定的危险性,一旦油品泄漏,将对事发地及下游地区的环境造成巨大的污染,并且,借助水流和风力,溢油的发展态势也将难以预测,为事故的救援造成相当大的难度。以澜沧江为背景,介绍了一套内河溢油远程监测系统,实现了对澜沧江流域溢油事故的无线远程监测,特别是通过对溢油扩散过程的分析,研究出一套适用于内河的溢油扩散算法。 It is dangerous to transport refined oil in inland river. If oil leakage happened, it would pollute nearby water and downstream river, and by water flowing and wind, it will be hard to forecast and rescue. This paper, taking Lancang River as an example, introduced an inland river oil spilling remote survey system, which makes it possible to remotely survey the oil spilling. Furthermore, this paper presented an inland oil spilling algorithm based on oil spreading analysis.
