摘要
首先分析了由PIN二极管组成的桥式双极性电调衰减器的工作原理。然后讨论了其关键参数:插损、最大衰减、阻抗匹配、平衡点电流和驱动电路等的设计方法。最后,给出了研制的短波波段的电调衰减器的性能曲线。结果表明,研制的电调衰减器输入功率大,衰减的动态范围大,插入损耗小,阻抗匹配好,控制电压与电调的电压传输系数基本呈线性关系。
The principle of a bipolar bridge electronic-controlled attenuator composed of PIN diodes is first analyzed.Then its key parameters are discussed in detail.These parameters include insertion loss,maximum attenuation,impedance matching,the balance electrity current and the drive circuit.Finally,the performance of the made attenuator has been given.The attenuator has been used in shortwave band.The results show that input power of the attenuator is high,and the attenuator has a high attenuation range and low insertion loss,and its impedance matching is good,and its contolled voltage and voltage transmission coefficient is approximately linear.
