主动脉夹层术后患者的社区护理干预

Effects of a community nursing intervention program in patients after aortic dissection

目的通过社区护理干预提高主动脉夹层术后患者的生存质量,预防术后远期并发症。方法对长沙市某区主动脉夹层术后患者采取建立健康档案,定期上门随访,控制血压及抗凝指导等社区护理干预措施。结果社区护理干预1年半,1例术后1个月因脑梗塞死亡,其他患者未发生术后远期并发症,生存质量较好。结论加强主动脉夹层术后社区护理干预能提高患者生存质量,提高用药的依从性和安全性,预防术后远期并发症。

Objective To improve the quality of life and prevent long-term postoperative complications through a community nursing intervention program for patients after aortic dissection. Methods The patients after aortic dissection in a community in Changsha City received community nursing interventions,such as establishing health records,regular home visits,instruction on blood pressure control and administration of anticoagulants. Results After 1.5 years of community nursing intervention,the patients had no long-term postoperative complications and lived with high quality of life,except one patient died of cerebral infarction. Conclusion Community nursing intervention after aortic dissection can improve patients＇ quality of life ,enhance the medication compliance and safety of anticoagulants ,and prevent long-term postoperative complications.
