Application of PDCA in ward environmental management

目的探讨运用PDCA模式管理病区环境的效果。方法遵循PDCA方法管理病区环境。结果运用PDCA模式管理前后比较,病区环境的综合及单项评分,均有显著提高(P<0.01),达到保障医疗护理安全、提高工作效率和质量、提高患者和员工满意度的效果。结论运用PDCA模式管理病区环境,具有便捷、高效及持续改进的优点。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA in ward environmental management. Methods PDCA model was applied in the ward environmental management. Results The total score and factor scores of ward environment were significantly improved after the implementation of PDCA （P〈0.01）. It ensured nursing safety,improved work efficiency and quality of nursing,increased the satisfaction of patients and medical staff. Conclusion PDCA model is an efficient and convenient model in ward environmental management,which can improve the quality of nursing continuously.
