This article analyzed the infection of weather factor and small hydraulic power plant on short-term load forecast in Hubei grid,and proposed different scheme for dealing with weather factor and small hydraulic power plant in short-term load forecast.The result of its application is ideal and the veracity of load forecast is improved.
