浅谈调控一体化下电网事故的快速处理

The Discussion on Fast Handling Fault in Electric Network on the Condition of Integrative Dispatching and Controlling Function

文章简述了国内外调控一体化建设情况,结合电网事故处理的新变化及其原则和方法,从调度员或监控员的角度出发,提出了能提高电网事故处理速度的措施和建议。

The construction of integration of dispatching and controlling function in the world is discussed briefly in this paper.With the reference on the new changes,principles and methods for handing faults in electric network,the measures and advices to improve the handling speed of faults in electric network are presented from the point of view of the dispatcher or supervisor.
