Some Technical Problems for AVC in Generating Station

分析了电厂AVC功能中无功电压转换存在的若干问题,澄清了电厂AVC必须具备的功能要求,分析了检测机组低频振荡或失步运行的条件,分析了低频振荡、电网故障时的应对措施,文章还进一步提出了电压异常波动的检测和处理方法,提出了同一电厂内的正在发电的机组应同步投退AVC功能等技术要求,解决了青长源等电厂母线电压剧烈波动时AVC的控制问题。

In this paper,some problems in conversion of passive power and voltage in AVC functional module of generating station,including the fundamental demand on the function of AVC,the conditions to detect the AVC or frequency under asynchronous of generator,the counter-measures on the condition of low frequency oscillation and network faults.Moreover,the detecting and counter measures for abnormal oscillation of voltage are presented.Some technical demands,such as synchronous switching on/off the AVC functional module of operating generators in one generating station,are given to control the AVC function when rapid voltage oscillation occur on the bus in Qingshanchangyuan generating station.
