摘要
采用ANSYS有限元软件对某大型直线振动筛横梁结构进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,计算出了该振动筛的前10阶固有频率;并对该振动筛进行了谐响应分析,获得了稳态下横梁的动应力和动位移分布规律,这对于指导起重机的设计、制造、检验、管理与故障分析都具有很重要的意义。
The model analysis and harmonic response analysis on beam structure of a large-scale line vibrating screen were carried out by ANSYS finite element software. The dynamic stress and dynamic displacement distribution law of the beam at steady state were found out, which had a great guidance significance for the design, manufacture, testing, management and fault analysis of the shaker.
