摘要
福州港罗源湾鲁能码头4号、5号泊位工程前板桩墙采用BOX桩和AZ板桩为国内罕见。通过对该桩型的制作(焊接工艺)、出运(吊点设置)、施打工艺进行试验比较和改进,针对不同地质障碍情况及容易出现的质量问题,采取相应技术措施。节约了施工成本,加快了施工进度,确保了工程质量。
No 4 and No 5 Berths of Luneng Wharfs in Fuzhou Luoyuan Bay were using BOX piles and AZ piles as the front quay wall, which are rarely used in China. Through comparison test and improvement of the pile making (welding technology), handling (location of lifting points) and construction techniques, corresponding technical measures are adopted based on different geologic conditions and some easily occurring quality problems. It reduces construction costs, accelerates construction progress, and ensures the project quality.
