摘要
以铝合金AA6061-T6和双相钢DP590为研究对象,通过正交试验方法研究了铆钉长度、凹模中部直径和凹模凸台高度对铝合金-高强钢自冲铆接接头成形规律、接头几何特征量、拉剪强度以及失效模式的影响规律,分析了影响自冲铆接接头强度的关键因素以及在2mm AA6061-T6+1.2mm DP590组合下的最优工艺参数组合,可为自冲铆接工艺优化提供有益的借鉴。
The self-piercing riveting of aluminum alloy AA6061-T6 and dual-phase high strength steel DP590 was studied. The design of orthogonal experiment (DOE) method was used to investigate the impact of the rivet length, the middle diameter and boss height of the die on the joint formation, geometry characteristics, tensile strength and failure modes. The key factors to affect self piercing riveted joint strength were researched. The optimal process parameters for the given material combination was analyzed. This study can ofter useful references for the process optimization of self piercing riveting.
