摘要
根据金属链式无级变速器的结构,建立了4组节距不同的金属链式无级变速器三维实体模型,并导入到ADAMS软件环境中建立了4组金属链式无级变速器虚拟样机。在相同的仿真条件下,对4组虚拟样机进行仿真计算,得出各组从动轮角速度及角加速度的变化曲线。通过与理论值的比较,得出的数据曲线显示从动轮在启动阶段响应滞后以及不同链节节距对从动轮在变速过程中运动特性的影响程度。
Based on the structure of chain continuously variable transmission (CVT), four CVT models with different chain pitches were established in this paper. Then the models were imported into ADAMS and four virtual prototypes of chain CVT were created. Under the same condition, the simulations were carried out for the four models. The rotational speed of the driven wheel and its angular acceleration response curve were obtained. Then, compared with theoretical values, the data curves show the response lag of the driven pulley in the start-up, and the influence of different link lengths on the driven pulley during the speed changes.
