汽车变速器齿轮摩擦副三维磨合表面形貌演变过程台架试验研究

摘要 台架试验研究了汽车变速器渐开线钢质齿轮摩擦副,在N68号机械油飞溅润滑下三维磨合表面形貌的演变图谱,分析和探讨了其三维表面粗糙度、偏态系数、承载面积曲线和功率谱密度参量演变规律。试验结果表明,三维磨合齿面粗糙度值和偏态系数值都呈指数型曲线趋势下降,承载面积曲线高度分布范围不断缩小,磨合初期功率谱中小波长成分迅速减少和各波段的能量值迅速降低,磨合后期所有表面形貌参数皆趋于稳定。钢质软齿轮副磨合机理主要是粘着磨损和磨粒磨损,磨合初期磨损率较大,细小尖峰被迅速钝化,粘着行为在较长时间内显著存在,直到磨合后期才趋于缓和稳定。 The paper experimentally studied the 3D surface topography evolvement of a friction pair of involute spur steel gears under a running-in condition with Machine oil 68# splashing. The surface roughness, skewness, Abbott-Firestone curve and power spectral density were analyzed and discussed. The experimental results show that both roughness and skewness values decrease as an exponential curve. The micro-waveness area and full area energy values reduce much less promptly in the initial running-in process. All the above parameters reach a stable status when the running-in is completed. The wear mechanisms are composed of adhesive and abrasive wear. The wear ratio is rather higher and the micro peaks are worn in the initial running-in process. The adhesive behavior obviously exists a long time till the running-in is ahnost completed.
