摘要
可变模糊评价的实质是多模型组合评价。针对可变模糊评价法存在的不足,提出了一种加权可变模糊评价方法。该方法首先利用可变模糊评价模型对样本进行计算,得到各样本在不同模型下的级别特征值;然后基于得到的级别特征值数据,利用熵权法求得4种模型的权重,进而得到最终综合级别特征值,并以此作为评价依据;最后,以煤矿安全评价为例进行了方法的验证。研究表明,改进方法可行、有效,评价结果更符合实际。
The present paper aims to introduce our research on the applicability of weighted variable fuzzy assessment methods in assessing coal-mine safety. As is known, the variable iuzzy assessment methods have been tested and proved their adaptability for assessing the environmental problems. Combined with the feature value of grades for the result quantification, variable fuzzy set models for envi-ronmental safety assessment contribute to overcoming the unfitness of the maximum membership principle. Based on the analysis of variable fuzzy assessment method, we would like to present our analysis of the shortfalls of variable fuzzy assessment methods, while considering the model weighted factors of such models. In proceeding with our study, we first of all worked out the rank feature values of the samples with variable fuzzy assessment methods. And, then, we have counted out the weighted factors of the four models by means of entropy weigh method. Further composite rank feature values are obtained, and as- sessed accordingly. And, finally, we have established an innovated method by introducing a practical example of coal mine safety assess- ment into the field of safety engineering project in hoping to show the effectiveness of the fuzzy assessment method. Thus, we have drawn a conclusion that the variable fuzzy engineering method is in a position to determine the relative membership degrees of disquisitive indexes at the level intervals scientifically and in turn determine reasonably the evaluation level of each sample by varying the model and its parame- ters. The results of our research show that the renovated method we have put forward is feasible, effective and more objective. The method can help to prove the importance of the assessment model ac- cording to the disorder level of data provided, so that the subjectivity of assessment turns to be lower than the previous variable fuzzy as- sessment method. Moreover, the reliability of evaluation method can also be testified by means of the variable fuzzy evaluation model parameters.
