摘要
本文发展了手性Salan配体-二乙基锌试剂催化体系用于吲哚与硝基烯烃的不对称Friedel-Crafts烷基化,考察了手性配体、反应温度、溶剂以及二乙基锌的用量对反应选择性的影响,获得了最佳反应条件.通过改变硝基烯烃的种类,研究了反应的适用范围.结果表明,大部分底物可获得中等的产率和对映选择性.
Catalytic asymmetric Friedel-Crafts reaction of indole with nitroalkenes was developed under the catalysis of chiral Salan-Et2Zn complexes.The reaction conditions such as chiral ligands,temperature,solvents and the amount of Et2Zn were optimized,and the scope of the reaction was tested by varying the nitroalkenes.For most of substrates,the moderate yield and enantioselectivities were obtained.
