摘要
为了获得复合材料身管在火炮发射时的动态特性,采用基于虚拟仪器技术的先进的火炮自动测试系统,对某口径复合材料身管进行实弹射击动态试验,结果表明:试验结果与理论计算结果能够很好的吻合,验证了理论计算模型的正确性和试验系统的可靠性;通过复合材料身管和金属身管的对比试验,验证了复合材料身管具有更好的动态特性。
In order to obtain the dynamic properties of composite material barrel during firing,the service firing test for the real composite material barrel is conducted by the advanced automation test system based on virtual instrumentation technology.The test results are consistent with the theoretical calculating results,which verifies that the established theoretical model is correct and the test system is reliable.The results of the competitive experiment show that the dynamic performance of the composite barrel is better than that of the metal barrel.
