摘要
在食堂下水道污水、肉联厂及油田地下水等富含油脂的地方采样,利用维多利亚蓝B平板筛选模型,,以乳化橄榄油为底物的NaOH滴定法为测酶活主要方法,筛选到5株具有明显脂肪酶活力菌株。继而对所得菌株的理化特征进行研究,即对其群体形态、菌落形态、在半固体或液体培养基中的生长状态以及个体形态、细胞形态、大小、排列、运动性、特殊构造和染色反应等进行观测;对其生理特性以及其他特性进行检测等,从而确定这些菌株分别为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonassp.)、气单胞菌属(Aeromonas sp.)、产碱菌属(Acinetobacter sp.)、网菌属(Arachnia sp.)和根霉属(Rhizops sp.)。
In this paper,sampling was made from the cafeteria sewer sewage,the underground water of meat product factory,the oil field.The blue B plate screening model of Victoria was used and the emulsified olive oil as the substrate NaOH titrimetric method was adopted to screen exactly 5 obvious lipase vigor strain.The subsequent study was made of the obtained strain's physics and chemistry characteristic,namely of its community shape: colonial form,semi-solid or liquid media growth condition as well as individual shape.The cellular form,size,arrangement,mobility,special structure and staining reaction and so on were observed.The physiological characteristic as well as other characteristics were examined so as to determine that these funguses respectively belongs to the pseudomonad(Pseudomonas sp.),unit cell bacteria(Aeromonas sp.),alkali bacteria(Acinetobacter sp.),net bacteria(Arachnia sp.) and root mildew(Rhizops sp.).
