摘要
工业CT探测系统信噪比的高低直接影响了工业CT密度分辨能力;首先从信噪比的定义出发,在6MeV工业CT系统上进行了一系列信噪比测试实验;在对实验数据处理后进行了统计分析,并按照GJB5311标准推荐方法分别计算出信号功率与噪声功率的大小,得出探测系统的信噪比;同时还对影响信噪比的部分可能因素进行验证,验证结果表明:当剂量强度或光敏面增大n倍时,信噪比将增大n倍,因此总结出了影响信噪比的因素有:剂量强度、光敏面等;最后给出了一些提高系统信噪比的有效途径。
The Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) directly influences the density resolution of Industrial Computed Tomography (ICT) detection system. According to the definition of SNR, some tests are done on a ICT system with 6MeV x--ray source to get the SNR. Statistical analysis of the original data is done after processed, And power of the signal and noise are worked out according the method commended by GJB5311, that is the SNR. Some factors which are possible affect the SNR are verified, Experiment results show that when dose intensity or photosensitive surface increases n times, the SNR increases√mtimes, so it is proved that parameters such as Dose intensity, photosensitive surface can affect the SNR. At the end of the paper some effective measurements which can improve SNR are put forward.
