摘要
介绍了一种基于网络的智能定时视频监控系统的总体设计方案,在Windows 2003平台下利用软件实现视频数据的智能定时采集;重点阐述了系统的设计目标、视频监控系统基本组成和功能;提出了一种基于网络的智能定时视频监控系统平台的设计方案,此方案由摄像、传输、控制、图像处理和显示等几部分组成,同时采用Visual C++6.0技术设计该方案的平台架构,指出了实现视频监控的关键技术和方法,实现了基于网络的智能定时视频监控;实践表明,该方案真正实现网络的智能定时视频监控,具有良好的可重用性和扩展性。
This essay introduces a general designing plan about system of intelligent timely visual supervision based on network, for purpose of realiaing intelligent time collection of visual data resorting through software on 2003 platform. It put emphasis on designing object of the system, basic components and function of visual supervision system. In addition, it also put forward designing plan of intelligent time vis ual supervision system based on network, composed of video graph, transmission, control and image processing, display and so on. The structure of this plan is designed by Visual C++6.0. Furthermore, it points the key technology and means of visual supervise, so that realize intelligent time visual supervisor based on network. It is proved that this plan is of reusability and extension, due to realizing intelligent time visual supervision
