摘要
以TCP/IP模型为基础,建立了统一的物联网与工业以太网通信模型,实现了物联网与工业网络的互联;基于以太网技术,两种不同功能的网络可通过统一的模型进行集成;物联网和工业以太网的标准数据部分是基于标准TCP/IP模型的,而工业以太网协议的实时数据部分是基于扩展TCP/IP模型的;物联网以电子标签和数据库为基础,实现零部件和产品信息的实时共享和互通;互联网络既可以各自实现工控和物联的基本功能,还可以实现各种综合的交互功能;应用实例证明了网络互联模型的可行性和正确性。
Based on TCP/IP , a united protocol model of Industrial Ethernet (IE) and internet of things (IoT) were produced , with which IE and IoT could be interworked. With Ethernet technology, IE and IoT were integrated together, which were former different nets. Applications of IoT and standard data communication of IE were on the basis of standard TCP/IP, while real--time data of IE were transmitted by extended TCP/IP. With electrical tags and data bases , functions of loT also could be achieved to share information of products and components. Basic functions of IE and IoT could be achieved in the internetworked net. And many other integrated applications also could be accomplished. With a example, the feasibility and validity of the internetworking protocol model were confirmed.
