摘要
根据机场运行特点,从人、机、环境、管理四个方面构建影响系统安全状态的判断矩阵,并利用一致性指标对其合理性进行检验,确定各项指标权重。以模糊综合评判理论为基础,将专家评判法应用于状态评价过程,最终得出机场运行安全状态的评价结果,并运用Matlab工具对算例求解。结果表明,上述两种方法相结合,可使机场运行安全状态得以客观、准确的评价。
According to the character of airport operations,the judgment matrixes about system security status were established from four aspects of human,equipment,surroundings and administration.The consistency index was used to test the matrixes＇ rationality,and every index weight was determined.Based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,applying the expert evaluation method to the status evaluation process,and the evaluation matrixes were worked out finally.Using Matlab to solve an example,the result showed that combination of the two methods above could make the safety status evaluation of airport operations more objective and accurate.
