摘要
针对船闸在特定设施条件和服务水平条件下的最大通过能力,自行开发了一套仅对岷江下游航道船闸适用的船闸通过能力仿真系统。该仿真系统以船闸固定作业周期为前提,对船闸作业和服务水平进行了动态分析,直观反映了船闸通过能力与船闸待闸时间、待闸吨位及船型组合之间的关系,弥补了传统计算方法的不足,并较全面地反映和预估了不同条件下船闸的运行状况及对通过能力的影响,同时为计算结果的修正提供参考;对船闸通过能力的优化、船闸服务水平的评价、航道标准船型的制定起到非常重要的指导作用。
In order to find the maximum lock capacity under the conditions of the specific facilities and service level,a set of ship-lock capacity simulation system was developed for the Minjiang river downstream channel.In the premise of fixed operation cycle,the simulation system analyzed dynamically the ship-lock operation and the service level,directly reflected the relationships between the ship-lock capacity and delayed time,delayed tonnage and ship-type group,made up for the deficiency of the traditional calculation methods,and comprehensively reflected and estimated the operation status of lock and the impaction on the capacity in different conditions,at the same time,offered a reference for amending the calculation results.It optimized the ship-lock capacity,evaluated the service level and played a very important role in guiding the formulation of the standard ship-type.
