从“慎起居”谈睡眠与养生的关系 被引量:4

摘要 "慎起居"是中医养生的重要措施之一,整体观念中"天人相应"的认识提示人体睡眠与自然界阴阳变化密切相关。从养生角度来看,人的睡眠应顺应四时和温度的变化,睡眠时间的调整原则是"二分二至"时间点,用"二分二至"和阴阳理论可以较好地说明睡眠与时间的关系。中医体质学说认为,人体存在着时间性、区域性和个体性差异,睡眠时间长短没有统一标准,应因时、因地、因人制宜;养生理论认为,只有睡眠上"法于阴阳",才能"以尽天年"。 "Being careful of sleep and wake" is one of important measures for health-cultivation in traditional Chinese Medicine. The concept of holism believes human are corresponding to nature' s condition, which indicates that sleep has close relations with change of Yin-Yang in nature. Sleep should be consistent with change of four seasons and tempratures. Principle for regulation sleep is according to alternation of vernal equinox, autumnal equinox, Summer solstice and Winter Solstice, which can illustrate connections between sleep and time with Yin-Yang Doctrine. Constitution Theory believes that there are differences among people in climate, locality and individual, so when up to sleep, the three factors should be considered. Only in this way, does human have scientific sleep and get to natural span of life.
