摘要
简要叙述网上招标和投标及评标管理平台的一些基本情况,并着重介绍研究开发的网上招投标系统中的信息安全技术中重点解决的几个关键性的技术问题及主要特色和创新之处。
The article introduces the basic information about the management platform of online bidding,tendering and evaluating,focuses on some key technical problems in resolving the information security problems and the principal features and innovations of BTEMPI（Bidding,Tender and Evaluation of Management Platform on the Internet）.
