摘要
采用乙醇、水、石油醚三段法对彝药衣木锁石中活性成分进行粗分,并利用各种成分的呈色反应和沉淀反应,对其提取液进行检验,结果表明:衣木锁石中含有酚类、生物碱、还原糖、黄酮等成分。通过分析衣木锁石中的化学成分,为今后进一步开发利用提供可靠依据。
Alcohol,water and petroleum ether were used to extract the active components of Yi medicine Yimusuoshi and the extraction were detected with color reactions and precipitations.The results showed that phenols,alkaloids,reducing sugars,flavonoids etc were contained in Yimusuoshi.A reliable basis was provided for further development by analyzing the chemical constituents of Yimusuoshi.
