高职数字媒体艺术专业校企合作的人才培养模式构建探析

Developing a School-Enterprise Cooperation Mode of Training Digital Media Talents in Vocational College

数字媒体艺术专业是近几年发展起来的技术与艺术相融合的新专业。本文着力探索"工学结合"、"校企合作"的人才培养模式,通过企业典型项目与专业课程体系的对接,达到校企合作的深度融合,实现与企业需求相统一的既懂技术又懂艺术复合型高技能人才的培养目标。

Digiatal Media is a subject newly developed as the integration of technology and art.This paper focuses on a cultivating mode in terms of work-integrated learning and college-enterprise cooperation.By introducing typical projects from enterprises into the curricullum,the new mode may help to promote the cooperation between the college and the enterprise and thus cultivate talents who are informed of technology and art and qualified for their future positions in the enterprise.
