基于AHP的TOPSIS法在铁路工程环境影响评价的应用研究

摘要 利用AHP法赋权,运用TOPSIS法计算贴近度,建立铁路工程环境影响评价模型,进行多方案比选。结果表明,该方法既能够反映各指标的不同重要程度,也能够反映综合评价结果,计算简便、研究结果可靠,能够为铁路工程环境影响评价决策提供科学依据,具有一定借鉴意义。 This study builds an environmental impact assessment model about railway engineering for scheme comparison and selection by using AHP to determine weights and TOPSIS to calculate closeness degree. The results show that this model can reflect the different important degree between indexes and comprehensive evaluation results. The calculation method is easy and the results are reliable. This study provides scientific basis and has reference meaning for railway environmental impact assessment decision.
