人力资本是对劳动力的抽象,是劳动力异质化发展的产物。从本质上讲,人力资本体现的是凝结在人体内的物化劳动。由于人力资本的载体——自然人不同于一般物质资本的载体——自然资源,因而人力资本本身呈现出一些独特性,这导致人力资本比物质资本更难度量。

Human capital is abstract labour force,it is an outcome of the labour force alienation.Essentially,human capital reflects materialized labour that condensed in human body.Because the vehicle of human capital is natural person and differs from common vehicle,it is diverse from natural resources as well,so human capital presents its own features,and makes itself more difficult to be valued than physical capital.
