Based on Two-factor Theory to Construct Research on Spiritual Incentive Mechanism of College Student Organization

高校学生组织在高校学生管理中发挥着重要的作用,构建合理的精神激励机制,采用一定的精神激励方法,可以有效的引导高校学生组织的健康发展。针对当前大多数高校学生组织激励机制存在着种种的不足,以双因素精神激励机制为着力点,可以构建一条行之有效的管理道路。

Student organizations in the management of college students play an important role in building the spirit of reasonable incentives to encourage use of certain spiritual side.This method can effectively guide the healthy development of college student organizations.Most of university organization and the current incentive mechanism have various inadequacies.The purpose of this paper,taking two-factor incentive mechanism as the focal point,keeping in mind the current system＇s shortcomings do exist,is to explore effective management mechanism through an in-depth analysis.
