基于校校互动平台的英语师资培养模式初探

A Tentative Study on the Education Mode of English Teachers Based on the College-school Interactive Platform

教师发展(teacher development)理念的确立为英语师资培养明确了目标,同时也提出了挑战。为迎接挑战,高校英语师范生的培养模式必须做出调整。与中学建立互动平台,借助平台调整英语(师范)专业的课程设置、授课方式和内容,以及让师范生走进中学见习实习、中学优秀教师走进大学课堂等,不失为有效的尝试。

The establishment of the notion of teacher education not only clarifies the aim of English teacher cultivation,but poses a challenge as well.To meet the challenge,it is a must to adjust the education mode of normal students in higher institutions.The founding of interaction platform between colleges and middle schools can be considered an effective try,with which curriculum for normal students as well as the teaching method and contents can be adjusted.Normal students can go to middle schools for observation and teaching practice,and good middle school teachers can step into college classrooms to give lectures.
