摘要
在高等教育大众化的背景下,市场营销专业教学的应用型转变应当着重改变当前重理论、轻实践,重课堂、轻课外,重知识、轻能力的培养模式。而要实现这一转变,首先是教学理念的转变,然后是教学体系、教学方法的更新与探索,当然,这些都离不开师资力量的配备与调整。
The quantity of newly established colleges in our country grows fast in 21century.This is a result of more students'enrolment in higher education,and it also brings diversity.Many colleges begin to explore the way of application-oriented education.More questions should be investigated and these include the system of education,the method of practice education,and how teacher faculty should be established.
