摘要 为了研究重金属Cd在野茼蒿生长初期所产生的毒性效应,本文以野茼蒿种子为实验材料,分别设定了低浓度组(0、0.2、0.5、0.8、1.0和5.0mg·L-1)和高浓度组(0、10、25、50和100mg·L-1)2组实验,对在Cd胁迫作用下野茼蒿种子的萌发生长进行了研究。结果表明:在低浓度(<5mg·L-1)下,Cd胁迫对种子的发芽有一定的促进作用,能提高种子的发芽率和发芽指数,但活力指数有所下降;在高浓度(>10mg·L-1)下,随着Cd浓度的增加,野茼蒿种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均显著降低,达到极显著差异(p<0.01),说明高浓度Cd明显抑制种子的萌发。实验结果表明,随着Cd浓度的升高,Cd对野茼蒿种子萌发的抑制作用增强,且产生明显的毒理效应。 To investigate the toxic effects of Cd on Gynura crepidioides Benth at its early growth stage, the seeds of Gynura crepidioides Benth were used as the test target, and two groups of experiments were designed, including low concentration treatment group (0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.8, 1.0, 5.0 mg·L-1) and high concentration treatment group (0, 10, 25, 50, 100 mg·L-1). The seed germination and growth under Cd stress were studied. Results demonstrated that when the Cd concentration was low (5 mg·L-1), the germination of the seeds was enhanced to a certain degree, showing an increase in seed germination rate and germination index although with a decreased seed vigor index; when the Cd concentration was high (10 mg·L-1), the seed germination energy, germination rate, germination index and vigor index remarkably decreased with the increase in the Cd concentration, until reaching a very significant difference (p0.01). It was indicated that high concentrations of Cd would inhibit seed germination. Thus, it was concluded that the inhibition of seed germination was enhanced with the increase of Cd concentration, showing significant toxicological effects.
