摘要
在目前我国法学界有关法律思维模式培养的研究尚属薄弱环节,甚至在正规法学教材中也很难找到法律思维模式培养的内容。但是在法治背景下研究法律思维意义重大,其不仅是法律职业者对自身工作方法的反思,更是凸显法治自身张力的积极尝试。
At present, research of the legal thinking mode is still weak in our country＇ s jurisprudential circle, and even in the regular legal textbooks legal thinking mode is absent. However, it＇ s significant to study legal thinking mode in society with rule of law. Therefore, it＇s not only an introspection of legal practitioners on working methods, but also a positive try on representing effort on rule of law.
