摘要
根据潘一矿西三13槽轨皮联巷采矿地质条件,以及巷道变形量大的问题,分析了该巷道修复的难点,并提出了注浆加固巷道的方法,设计了喷注浆技术参数,采用的注浆材料为单液水泥浆,水灰比为0.75:1,并采用矿渣硅酸盐水泥P.S 32.5,优化了注浆孔3#U型棚架棚段和4#U型棚架棚段两种布置方式,采用QZB-50/60型气动注浆泵配合D20 mm铁管注浆。巷道经注浆加固后,巷道满足了使用要求。
According to the roadway mining geological conditions of Pan Yi mineral west three 13 slot rail skin league lane,and large deformation problems,we have analyzed the difficulty of roadway repair,put forward some methods of grouting to strengthen roadways,designed the jet grouting technology parameters,the grouting material is single cement slurry,water-cement ratio:0.75:1,adopted slag Portland cement by P.S 3.25,optimized the grouting hole 3 # u-shaped tent JiaPeng segment and 4 # u-shaped tent JiaPeng section two layouts,used QZB-50/60 type pneumatic grouting pump and D20 mm iron pipe to grout.After grouting the roadway,the roadway meet the application requirements.
