昌宁县农村能源形势及农村水电发展对策研究

Research on Rural Energy Tendency and hydroelectricity Development Measures in Changning Township

能源问题关系到县域经济社会的发展和生态环境的改善。对云南省昌宁县农村能源形势进行了分析:"能源消费量大于能源生产量,供需矛盾日益突出;农村能源消费以地方工业为主,农村水电在能源总体中占有重要地位,电力电量需求增长迅速;生活用能以薪柴为主,结构不合理"。并基于境内除农村水能资源以外的其它能源资源有限的实际,阐明了农村水电是解决昌宁县能源问题的有效途径的观点,并提出了加快农村水电发展的对策。

Energy issues are closely related to the economic and social development and the improvement of the ecological environment in a township.In the thesis,the energy tendency of Changing Township in Yunnan Province is analyzed.The energy consumption is larger than the energy generation,and the contradiction between the energy supply and demand has become more and more obvious.The major consumers of rural energy are the local industrial enterprises,the rural hydroelectricity is playing an important rural in the total energy,and the demand for electricity power has seen a rapid growth.Energy for livelihood is mainly produced from fuel woods,and the structure is undesirable.Based on the fact that the energy resources other than water resources are limited within the township,the point that the rural hydroelectricity is an effective measure to resolve the energy issue in Changning township is put forward and the measures to accelerate the development of the rural hydroelectricity are recommended in the thesis.
