甲状腺嗜酸细胞腺瘤临床病理特点与外科治疗 被引量：4

摘要 甲状腺嗜酸性细胞瘤（htirthle cell adenoma，HCA）即良性甲状腺嗜酸性细胞肿瘤，比较少见。其临床表现缺乏特异性，术前诊断较困难，误诊率高。本文收集了大连医科大学附属第二医院、辽宁医学院附属第一医院、中国人民解放军第八一医院自2000年1月至2009年12月收治的21例（3家医院病例数分别为10、6和5例）HCA患者的临床病理学资料，分析报道如下。
