摘要
半潜式钻井平台水下井口的稳定性对整个钻井作业的安全及顺利施工至关重要,井身结构、表层固井质量、海况条件等是主要影响因素,其中任何一个出现问题都会导致水下井口失稳,造成水下井口严重偏斜甚至井眼报废。在井眼发生偏斜后,为了减少经济损失和恢复正常作业,需要纠正偏斜的水下井口。文中阐述了南海西部油田YC13-8-1井水下井口扶正施工的作业程序、工艺特点及注意事项。通过该井水下井口的扶正施工,摸索出了一套成功解决水下井口偏斜的技术,可为今后海洋钻井工程类似事件的处理提供技术参考。
The stability of subsea wellhead is very important for safe and successful drilling operation on semi-submersible drilling platform and would be influenced mainly by the factors, well structure, cement job quality of surface level and oceanic condition, etc. The failue of any factor mentioned above could damage the stability of subsea wellhead and cause the subsea wellhead inclined severely and wellbore abandoned. In order to reduce the economic loss and resume the normal operation after the well hole is inclined, it is neccessory to center the inclined subsea wellhead. This article describes the job procedure, technologic characteristics and notabilias for subsea wellhead centering of YC 13-8-1 well in the west of the South China Sea. Through the practical operation, a set of subsea wellhead entering techology has been obtained and it can be referred on similar trouble removal in the future offshore drilling.
