摘要
间氨基苯磺酸重氮化后与1-萘胺偶合,得到偶氮物I;该偶氮物再进行重氮化反应并与N,N-二羟乙基苯胺偶合,得到酸性染料——尼龙山红玉N-5BL。本文主要介绍了尼龙山红玉N-5BL生产工艺的几点改进措施,提高了染料收率,降低了生产成本,减少了废物的排放量,并减去了精制步骤,从而达到了环保工艺的要求。
The acid dye Nylosan Rubine N-5BL was synthesized by: (1) diazotization of the 3- Aminobenzenesulfonic acid followed by coupling with 1-Naphthalenamine yielding azo- compound I . (2) diazotization of the azo compound I followed by coupling with N- Phenyldiethanolamine. This article discussed some improvements in the production technology of Acid dye Nylosan Rubine N--SBL . The yield of dyestuff was increased, production cost decreased, and the emission of waste and the purification process were reduced; so it achieved the demand of the environmental protection technology.
