我国农村清洁能源使用现状及消费意愿的分析——基于五省六市的农户调查数据

An Analysis on Present Situation and Consumption Desire of Clean Energy in China′s RuralArea Based on a Survey of Farmer-Households in Six Cities of Five Provinces

采用问卷调查法和访谈法对五省(直辖市)六市进行了走访调查。调查显示,我国农村清洁能源的使用存在清洁能源覆盖率低、使用量少、后续服务不完善,原料与资金缺乏等问题。调研表明,我国农村对清洁能源的使用意愿比较强烈。运用农户对农村清洁能源消费意愿的logistic回归模型分析,结果显示农户性别、了解农村清洁能源的途径、国家是否有补贴、农户教育费支出及家庭年收入对其消费意愿具有显著影响。基于以上现状,提出自愿合作共建、严格实行技师考核、提高收入等对策建议。

This paper reports a survey by questionnaires and interviews in six cities of the five provinces and municipalities in China The survey shows that at present clean energy in China rural area faces difficulties including low usage coverage, little usage quantity, inadequate follow--up services, and the shortage of raw materials and fund. The survey also shows that there exists a strong desire for usage of clean energy in the rural area The logistic regression pattern analysis is conducted on the desire of the farmer- household for clean energy, and the result suggests that participants＇ gendel; the way to understand clean energy, the state subsidies, the annual income and education expenses of the household have significant impacts on the desire for clean energy usage Based on the analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures such as voluntary co-operation, strengthening evaluation of the technicians and raising the farmers＇ revenue.
