音乐疗法的功能与应用

On Function and Application of Musical Therapy

音乐疗法作为一种特殊的医疗手段已被越来越多的人认可,并在临床得到比较广泛的应用。在具体实施时,如何选择适合患者心理(尤其情绪方面)和病情的音乐或歌曲,设计出一系列适用的"音乐处方",促成音乐疗法相对统一的定式化、规范化,是一个亟待进一步解决的问题。为此,本文就音乐疗法的基本原理、功能作用及应用谈几点粗浅的认识。

As a special medical treatment, the musical therapy has been recognized by more and more people and been widely applied in clinical. In practice an essential and urgent problem to be solved is how to choose the suitable music or songs for patients＇ mentality and his condition. It＇s urgent to design a series of proper musical prescription and then standard musical therapy. In this paper, the basic theory, function and application of this therapy are discussed.
