血友病乙患者脊柱后凸矫形手术围手术期处理 被引量：4

摘要 血友病乙是一种以Ⅸ因子缺乏为特征的X连锁隐性遗传的罕见凝血机制障碍疾病,同时合并先天性脊柱后凸的情况则更为罕见。血友病目前尚不能被治愈,主要依靠凝血因子替代治疗控制,当无相应纯化的凝血因子制剂时,需要应用凝血酶原复合物（prothrombin complex concentrate,PPC）替代。然而,PPC致血栓形成的特性很早就引起了人们的关注,脊柱后凸矫形手术属于大型手术,出血量大,如何在围手术期使用PPC制定合理的替代治疗方案,
