大学英语自主学习能力的培养和实践——以基于计算机条件下的听说教学为例

摘要 自主学习是一种“以学习者为中心”的学习模式。在外语教学从“以教师为中心”向“以学生为中心”的转变过程中,学生发挥自身潜能,主动积极完成学习任务,形成“自主学习”能力起着至关重要的作用。兰州大学的教学实践证明教师可通过讲授学习策略唤醒学生的自主性,引导学生转变学习观念,同时可利用计算机网络自主学习软件等教学资源使学生更快地适应自主学习模式。 Self-access is a learner-centered learning mode. In the switch from the teacher-centered foreign language teaching method to the student-centered one, students must evolve their own potential to accomplish tasks autonomously and acquire the self-access ability; while teachers can wake up students' consciousness of self-reliance by presenting the effective learning strategies. To achieve this, some computer-based teaching resources like self-access learning systems can facilitate establishing this mode, which can be illustrated by the practice exercised in Lanzhou University.
