摘要 有采空区的地区,铁路选线及工程处理都建立在采空区移动盆地评价的基础上,但评价采用什么规程及参数计算存在较大争议。文章对比有效规范、规程的主要特点,结合不同铁路技术标准、不同工程对沉降的要求及从中铁二院最近几年的典型采空区移动盆地工点评价进行了研究,对主要争议问题提出自己的认识:(1)一般情况下,对采空区移动盆地边界的评价应采用边界角,同时还应考虑一定的安全距离。(2)一般煤层(α<50°)参数的选择与计算,一般执行《煤规》;陡倾角煤层(α≥50°)参数的选择与计算,要综合研究确定。 In area with mined out sections, railway route selection and project management are established on the evaluation of movable basin in it, however, what specifications and parameters should be used in the evaluation provokes argument. Based on comparing the main features of valid specifications and codes, the limitation for subsidence in different projects with different technical standard as well as the research on the evaluation of the typical movable basin in mined out sections, the authors of this paper bring forward their own view points : ( 1 ) Generally, boundary angle with some safe spacing should be employed for the evaluation of movable basing in mined out sections. (2) Specifications for Coal Mine is generally implemented in the selection and calculation of parameter for ordinary coal seam(α〈50°). For the selection and calculation of parameter for coal seam with high dip angle (α≥〉50°), it should be determined through comprehensive research.
