我国合资铁路公司运价管理体系的研究

Study on Tariff management of Joint-venture Railway Companies in China

针对现阶段铁路建设投资规模及路网覆盖情况,分析我国铁路运价存在的不足之处,研究在现有条件下,如何满足社会需求构建和谐铁路,以及保证合资公司的合理投资回报,提出我国合资铁路公司如何做好运价管理体系的建议。

With the deepening of the reform of railway investment and financing system, joint-venture has provided ways to accelerate railway construction and development and guarantees the establishment of harmonious railway. Based on the current railway investment scope and the prospect of railway network development, this paper probes into the imperfection of railway tariff management and finds ways of how to meet social demand and build a harmonious railway so as to ensure a rational investment return for joint-venture companies, and at the same time provides advice on improving tariff management for joint-venture companies.
