Design on Networked Intelligence Management System Based on MOSS

针对基层情报部门对于网络化的情报管理系统的需求,首先论述了各项情报研究工作的共性、建立情报管理系统的模型,并以该模型为前提分析了系统架构上应该具备的特性;接着介绍了微软办公共享服务(M0SS),以及利用这些服务实现网络化情报管理系统的功能;最后评估了该系统在基层情报研究工作中的作用。

Intelligence Department＇s requirements for networked intelligence management system are presented in this paper. Based on the analysis on general character of various intelligence research works, we try to integrate them into an intelligence management system model, and analyze the characteristics of the system architecture. Then, MOSS and its services are presented, and functions contained in the networked platform implemented by these services provided. Finally, the effects of the system on intelligence work are evaluated in it.
