永磁同步交流牵引系统准实时小波降噪应用研究

摘要 电流传感器信号是永磁同步电机矢量控制的重要参数,也是永磁同步电机矢量控制能否成功的关键因素。提出一种基于滑动数据窗的准实时小波降噪算法,应用于永磁同步牵引系统中。仿真结果表明,当系统电流传感器信号受到污染时,该降噪算法能有效去除传感器噪声对系统性能的影响,提高系统稳定性,并满足实时性要求。在永磁同步交流牵引控制系统中,利用DSP处理器构建准实时降噪子模块,试验结果表明该方法可以提高控制系统在传感器信号污染下的稳定性。 The signal of current sensor is one of key control parameters of PMSM vector control system.An arithmetic of quasi real-time Wavelet denoising with moving window,used in PMSM traction system,was proposed.The simulation results show that the arithmetic can effectively denoise the signals of current sensor with noise,achieve real-time requirement and enhance the stability of PMSM traction system.A quasi real-time Wavelet denoising module with DSP of PMSM traction system was proposed,whose effect was very obvious in the application of denoising the signal and making PMSM system more stable.
