椎基底动脉供血不足的TCD BAEP与EEG分析研究

目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、脑电图(EEG)及经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查对椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的诊断价值。方法对40例临床确诊的VBI患者进行BAEP、EEG及TCD检测。结果 VBI患者BAEP、EEG及TCD检查的异常率分别为65%、32.5%及72.5%。结论 BAEP、EEG及TCD检查从不同角度反映了VBI的病理生理基础,对VBI的诊断有参考意义。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of brainstem auditory evoked potentials（BAEP）,electroencephalogram（EEG） and transcanial doppler（TCD） in patients with vertibrobasilar insufficiency（VBI）.Methods 40 cases of VBI were analyzed and the results of BAEP、EEG and TCD compared.Results The abnormality rate of BAEP、EEG and TCD was 65%、32.5% and 72.5% respectively.Conclusion BAEP、EEG and TCD reflected the pathology and physiology basis of VBI from different point of view and might be of some signficance for the diagnosis of VBI.
