摘要
研究了PROFIBUS-DP现场总线基本理论和PROFICHIP公司推出的总线通信协议芯片VPC3的结构和功能,分析了PROFIBUS-DPV1协议、DPV2协议的扩展功能。在已有智能分析仪表的基础上,提出PROFI-BUS-DPV1智能从站接口的软硬件实现方法。采用"核心板+接口板"方式,集成模块化设计思想和自顶向下的设计方法,研发出一套嵌入式PROFIBUS-DP智能从站。
Both structure and function of PROFIBUS-DP bus communication protocol chip VPC3 were introduced,and its DPV1 and DPV2's extended functions were analysed.Then,based on the intelligent analysis instrument,the hardware and software design and the implementation method of DPV1 intelligent slave station interface were presented,and the module of the intelligent slave station interface with PROFIBUS-DP interface developed by using chip VPC3 and AVR_mega128 single chip,and adopting "the core board plus the interface board" method,and the modularization technology and top-down method.At last,the PROFIBUS-DP system has been realized.
