摘要
通用变频器不适应抽油机的负载特性,故障率高、可靠性差,影响了变频调速技术在油田的推广,抽油机变频调速系统需根据负载变化智能停、启动和动态调节冲程频率,针对此问题,设计了基于DSPTMS320C2812的抽油机变频调速系统,分析了抽油机智能变频控制系统的软、硬件系统的组成和工作原理、节能原理及其优点,系统采用SVPWM恒压频比控制策略,并在系统中嵌入了智能停、启动模型和智能调节上下冲程频率模型,实现了动态调节冲程频率和智能停、启动的功能。通过验证性负载试验,证明了基于DSP的抽油机智能变频控制应用在抽油机调速系统中具有优越的技术性能,达到了节省电能的目的,具有很好的推广应用价值和进一步的研究价值。
General frequency controller doesn't coincide with oil pumping unit's load characteristics.In order to solve it,a DSP TMS320C2812-based intelligent frequency control system for oil pumping unit was designed.The control strategy was grounded on SVPWM,and the intelligent startup and stop model and self-adjusting stroke frequency model were imbedded.Through verification of the load tests,the results prove that this DSP-based system has excellent technical performance when it's used in pumping speed control system,and can work in an economical mode and save the electric energy,it has good expansion application value and further research value.
