摘要
制冷计算是半导体制冷应用的前提和基础,而多效应叠加、内参数缺失、与环境参数密切相关等因素使它成为了一项复杂而困难的工作。探讨了制冷计算过程,基于对制冷原理、制冷工作模式和标称参数意义的分析,推导出一种反向求解制冷器件内参数的新方法。讨论了Matlab下制冷计算软件的结构、实现方法和开发过程。该软件已在工程中得到成功应用,它为复杂多工况下的快速、精确制冷计算提供了有效途径。
Cooling calculation,the premise and foundation for semiconductor refrigeration application,was discussed,and based on analyzing the refrigeration principle,the cooling mode and the nominal parameters' physical meaning,a new reverse approach for solving semiconductor cooler's internal parameters was deduced,and the structure,implementation method and development procedure of the Matlab-based cooling calculation software were analyzed.The results show that the software adopted in practice can provide a rapid and precise means for complicated multi-condition semiconductor refrigeration computation.
